in certain color,to make sure the color matching exactly.
1. Select the item you wish to purchase. Select the color and size you want, and click "Buy Now"
(located below the color and size options) to add the item to your cart and pay online.
2. Please note: for Stock items will be shipped out after payment received
For Non-Stocks, Special Order fee will be required and the Production will not be able to start until payment received.
We accept Custom-Made design,All the dresses can add a long train.
3. Once you make the order we'll send you an order form with all your details: Name, Address, Dress Style, Color.
Your Measurements, Request Date, etc.
Before you confirm an order you can change any detail like color, style, measurements, etc.
Once an order is confirmed it cannot be altered.
4. We will process your order when we receive your payment. Regardless of whether your order is New order or Re-order.
A Sales Order Confirmation will be issued to the customer once we receive your Purchase Order.
Customer’s confirmation is required by email or by fax.
5. Tracking number will be sent to your email when package is shipped out, please check email.
Please make sure and provide the correct email address when you are filling out the check out form.

Full payment is required before production, Delivery Schedule will be delayed if the payment delayed.
2. Stock items will be shipped out immediately.
3. For Non Stocks: Special cut fee $45 is required.
If you would like a custom-made(according your measurements,$60 is required).
"Custom-made Order " fee 60$ will be charged
Regular Delivery time is 20 days , but we do accept Rush Cut .
“Normal Rush” Delivery is 15 days,30$ will be charged as Rush cut fee and Handling fee
“Super Rush” Delivery is 10 days, 60$ will be charged as Super Rush cut fee and Handling fee

Return & Exchange Policy - We accept return/exchanges.
Our dresses assure the quality. The gowns are brand new.
Our dresses are in the same quality assurement with other famous designer dresses. Because we have our own factory and
designers. We can make the dress within 10-14 days and send to you. We did not hold lots of stocks in order to make sure all
dresses are brand new.and in Best Condition. And there are no retailer or other middle-dealer, that is drop ship. We can
provide you best dress in lowest price. Please be sure of the style, size, color, and any other specifications before submitting
your order.
We only accept returns or exchanges on any merchandise that have not altered and have not been worn. We cannot accept
returns or exchanges on custom sized dresses or on dresses that have been customized by the designer for you. Shipping
charges are not refundable
• Contact us within 2 business days after you got the package.
• The item must be in brand-new, unworn condition.
• We must receive the item within one week after we give our return address. Or no credit or exchange.
• Once we receive your item, inspect it to be sure it's as perfect as when we shipped it to you and confirm that we have
received it within 20 days of giving our return address, we will issue the full refund, or exchange the item for you. Shipping costs
are non-refundable.
• For exchanging items, re-delivery cost will be charged.
•25% Restock Fee will be charged

We do not accept returns or exchanges on Veils, Gloves, Bridesmaid Dresses, Flower girl Dresses, Accessories, Prom dresses,
Quinceanera dresses.
Thus, we suggest you make careful selections for clothing before you finalize your order,especially for the Size !
Please refer to the appropriate size chart information when ordering clothes. Our size charts follow US standards.
What if my package is damaged or has a manufacturing defect?
All solid products are carefully wrapped with utmost care to ensure a safe delivery to their destination. In the rare event that
you encounter goods damage, you may contact our staff for assistance.
